ACFS does not use appointment reminder text messages for marketing or promotional purposes. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Message frequency may vary based on the number of appointments and related communications.

4. Mobile Information and Text Messaging Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Mobile information may be shared with subcontractors or service providers when necessary to provide or support services, such as customer service, appointment reminder delivery, communications technology, or other operational support.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.

We do not sell, rent, or provide mobile phone numbers or SMS consent information to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Program Name: ACFS Appointment Reminder Text Messaging Program

Program Description: The ACFS Appointment Reminder Text Messaging Program provides appointment related text message notifications to individuals who have opted in or otherwise provided appropriate consent to receive these communications.

By opting into the program, you agree to receive recurring SMS text messages from ACFS regarding appointments and related administrative communications.

1. Types of Messages

• Appointment reminders
• Appointment date and time information
• Appointment-related instructions
• Requests to contact ACFS regarding an appointment
• Other administrative messages directly related to scheduling or managing appointments

These messages are not marketing or promotional messages.

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your appointments and the communications necessary to manage or coordinate those appointments. You may receive multiple messages when appropriate, including reminders for upcoming appointments or changes to appointment information.

3. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge you for text messages or data usage according to your mobile plan. ACFS is not responsible for carrier charges.

4. How to Opt Out

You may opt out of receiving appointment reminder text messages at any time by replying STOP to an ACFS appointment reminder text message.

After opting out, you will no longer receive appointment reminder text messages through the applicable SMS program, except where permitted or required by law.

Opting out of text messages does not cancel an appointment or terminate your relationship with ACFS. You may contact ACFS directly to manage appointments or request another method of communication.

10. Relationship to Other ACFS Policies

These Terms & Conditions apply specifically to the ACFS appointment reminder SMS program. They do not replace ACFS’s other policies, notices, consent forms, or applicable privacy practices.
